Job Description

• Own day-to-day sales operational workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency from lead to close. • Maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity across Salesforce, Zoho, and related tools. • Support deal creation, updates, approvals, and close processes. • Manage order operations, including hardware orders and billing coordination. • Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline management, deal inspection, and reporting. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (pipeline, bookings, attainment, pacing). • Ensure accurate tracking of quota, bookings, and revenue attribution. • Support the forecasting cadence and improve reporting accuracy (monthly, quarterly, annual). • Help align stage definitions, metrics, and lifecycle reporting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. • Assist in improving lead flow, routing, and handoffs. • Identify operational gaps and recommend process and system improvements to support scale. • Partner with Rev Ops and Finance on revenue reporting and reconciliation. • Own and maintain sales process documentation, including workflows, definitions, and best practices. • Create and update playbooks, SOPs, and internal sales guides. • Ensure documentation stays current as tools, processes, and policies evolve. • Support new hire onboarding from an operational perspective (tools, process, CRM usage). • Partner with Sales leadership to support training rollouts related to process or system changes. • Act as a resource for sales reps on how to execute within defined processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce required)
  • Experience creating process documentation and internal training materials
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to data quality and accuracy.
  • Process-minded with a bias toward clarity, simplicity, and execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve internal issues effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success tools.
  • Fast and adaptive learner, focused on improving customer and business processes.
