Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize Amira Learning’s Salesforce platform, while also supporting Certinia (FinancialForce) for financial and operational workflows. This role is critical to supporting our go-to-market and finance teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring data integrity as we scale. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security controls
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automations using best practices
  • Administer and support Certinia (FinancialForce), including user access, configurations, and ongoing system maintenance
  • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to support billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting workflows in Certinia
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Salesforce and Certinia solutions
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales forecasting, pipeline management, renewals, and financial visibility
  • Support Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations users by troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing training and documentation
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across Salesforce and Certinia through audits, validation rules, deduplication, and process improvements
  • Manage system releases, sandbox testing, and deployment of enhancements
  • Support and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Certinia, and third-party tools
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools, especially Flow
  • Experience supporting or partnering with finance systems such as Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar ERP/financial platforms
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and reporting
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience administering Certinia (FinancialForce)
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Customer Success workflows
  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with RevOps and Finance processes including pipeline management, billing, renewals, and forecasting
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data tools
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
