Role Description

This role involves product marketing in a high-growth environment, focusing on customer insights and storytelling.

  • Be early and close to the product and customer
  • Turn customer insights into impactful positioning

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex marketplaces
  • Ability to explain technical or operational products simply
  • Experience owning messaging and positioning in partnership with product, sales, and leadership
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies for real products
  • Comfortable with customer calls, sales calls, demos, and win-loss analysis
  • Hands-on approach to writing and building presentations
  • Bonus: Experience in hospitality, travel, fintech, or vertical SaaS

Requirements

  • Ability to scope launches, make tradeoffs, and measure impact post-launch
  • Willingness to engage in various roles beyond product marketing
  • Proficiency in collaborating with design and other teams
