• Deploy medium to large-scale EF&I projects with medium/high complexity, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and Ciena quality standards • Manage customer expectations, communications, escalations, and governance throughout the project lifecycle • Develop project schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution • Drive quality across all aspects of project services, from site and network engineering through installation, testing, and readiness for service • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective deployment activities • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, financials, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and alignment with project management plans • Coach and guide junior team members to meet project deliverables and contribute to team success
