Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equitable work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience building and shipping customer-facing software
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong data literacy, using analytics to inform decisions rather than justify them after the fact
- Fluency in discovery practices, including customer interviews, assumption testing, and rapid experimentation
- Experience with Amplitude, Heap, Mixpanel, Pendo, or other product analytics tools preferred
- Experience managing a SaaS product preferred, as well as experience in the Learning Management System space
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build consensus through influence rather than authority
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, project management, and follow-through abilities
- Outstanding relationship-building skills and enthusiasm for proactively engaging customers to identify obstacles and develop solutions that best fit their needs
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and self-driven team player who thrives while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
