• Own the entire implementation lifecycle—from project planning to go-live • Act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, delivering a seamless onboarding experience • Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs and business priorities • Assist and guide clinics through a migration of their existing workflows to a new platform • Build and manage project plans and timelines; identify and resolve blockers proactively • Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients through system configuration, data imports, and integrations • Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure transparency and alignment • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features or integrations within the implementation workflow
