Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Deal Desk Analyst to join our sales operations team. This role will provide critical support in managing complex sales transactions, tracking incentive programs, and developing expertise across major cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform). The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between sales teams, finance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth deal execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Management & Transaction Support
- Assist in structuring, pricing, and approval processes for sales deals
- Review and validate deal terms, pricing models, and contract structures
- Support sales teams with deal desk inquiries and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract reviews and approvals
- Maintain deal pipeline visibility and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines
- Track and manage sales incentive programs, rebates, and promotional offers
- Monitor incentive program performance and utilization rates
- Assist in creating and maintaining incentive program documentation
- Support quarterly and annual incentive reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with finance team on incentive accruals and payments
- Analyze program effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization
- Maintain accurate records in SFDC
- Generate regular reports for key metrics
- Create dashboards and tracking mechanisms for key performance indicators
Education & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related role
- 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle Sales Support or Deal Management.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (pivot tables, vlookup, data analysis)
- Experience with SFDC systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer service mindset with internal stakeholder focus
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
- Previous exposure to B2B sales environments
- Basic knowledge of contract terms and commercial structures
- Understanding of Cloud business models and metrics
