Job Description
• Own your pipeline from first outreach through to hire confirmation
• Source and headhunt sales talent across multiple channels including LinkedIn, outbound outreach, referrals, and professional networks
• Conduct initial screening calls focused on validating sales performance
• Assess communication skills, presence, and commercial acumen
• Manage your full candidate pipeline within the recruitment platform provided
• Attend weekly pipeline calls with the Digitanity team
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and client hiring teams
• Provide timely, clear, and professional communication to candidates throughout the process
• Operate with both speed and precision
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for sales or go-to-market roles (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Proven track record placing SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, or sales leadership roles
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics such as quota attainment, pipeline generation, deal size, and sales cycles
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to assess both hard performance data and soft skills during screening calls
- High-volume mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously
- Strong self-management, accountability, and responsiveness
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how sales hires impact revenue outcomes
