Role Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager/Customer Success to manage our client recruitment projects end-to-end. You'll be the key point of contact between our sales team, recruiters, and clients, ensuring smooth delivery of quality candidates while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Review new client requirements from the sales team, analyze hiring needs, and create comprehensive kickoff emails to set clear expectations
  • Brief and guide recruiters on client requirements, set delivery timelines, and follow up on candidate submissions
  • Review and vet candidates before client presentation to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
  • Handle escalations, resolve issues, and address client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met according to client expectations

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in a US-based recruitment agency or staffing firm
  • Proven track record managing US clients (either as a recruitment manager, project manager, or operations assistant)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle client escalations professionally
