Job Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fintech Account Executives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets • Own team performance across pipeline generation, forecasting, deal execution, and close rates • Provide ongoing coaching through deal reviews, call reviews, and live or recorded product demonstrations • Ensure disciplined execution of the full sales cycle from first contact through close • Build and maintain expert knowledge of ServiceTitan’s Fintech offerings, competition, and market trends • Drive consistent sales methodology, activity management, and CRM hygiene across the team • Partner with Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing to improve messaging, tools, and processes • Identify skill gaps and performance risks and proactively implement coaching plans • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Fintech Account Executives as the team scales

Job Requirements

Proven experience managing and developing B2B SaaS sales teams
Strong understanding of payments, fintech, or financial services sales preferred
Track record of leading teams to consistent quota attainment
Ability to coach objection handling, value-based selling, and deal strategy
Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills
High integrity leadership style with a customer-first mindset
Comfort operating in both inbound and outbound sales motions
Highly driven, organized, and results-oriented with a team-player mentality.
