Sr. Change Management & Enablement Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking a collaborative and execution-focused Sr. Change Management & Enablement Strategist to support employee readiness and adoption across multiple technology and experience transformation initiatives.
This role plays a key part in ensuring employees are equipped, informed, and confident as new tools, systems, and processes are introduced. While grounded in change management principles, this position emphasizes practical enablement — developing training, resources, adoption strategies, and support mechanisms that help employees successfully navigate change.
The Sr. Change Management & Enablement Strategist partners closely with program leaders, IT stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate transformation initiatives into clear, actionable enablement plans that drive understanding, engagement, and sustained adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Planning & Readiness Support
• Partner with initiative leads to support change planning activities for technology and process transformations.
• Assist in assessing change impacts on employee groups and operational teams.
• Contribute to the development of change and enablement plans aligned to program milestones.
• Support risk identification and mitigation planning related to employee adoption and readiness.
• Track readiness indicators and escalate gaps as needed.
Enablement Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
• Design and develop enablement assets including training materials, user guides, toolkits, job aids, FAQs, SharePoint sites, and self-service resources.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical updates into clear, actionable content.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions (live, virtual, or on-demand).
• Develop role-based enablement approaches tailored to different employee audiences.
• Support the establishment of change champion or super-user networks.
• Create feedback loops to gather employee insights and continuously refine enablement materials.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust enablement strategies to improve engagement and utilization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand audience needs and adoption challenges.
• Draft and support targeted communications that reinforce enablement efforts.
• Help ensure messaging aligns with program goals and is sequenced appropriately.
• Provide leaders with talking points and materials to support their teams through change.
Adoption & Continuous Improvement
• Track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness metrics.
• Conduct post-launch reviews to assess enablement effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to increase sustained adoption.
• Contribute to developing repeatable templates and best practices for future initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, HR, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in change management, enablement, training, organizational development, or technology implementation support.
• Experience supporting technology or process transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing training materials and enablement resources.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
• Experience supporting digital transformation, AI enablement, or employee experience initiatives.
• Experience creating content in tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, learning platforms, or knowledge management systems.
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
• Basic experience measuring adoption metrics and analyzing feedback data.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
• Employees feel informed, prepared, and supported during change.
• Training and enablement materials are clear, accessible, and practical.
• Adoption rates meet or exceed program targets.
• Leaders are equipped with tools to support their teams.
• Enablement processes become repeatable and scalable across initiatives.
