Role Description
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to provide virtual nutrition services across three of our specialized treatment programs serving clients with eating disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in supporting client recovery and wellness—bringing your nutrition expertise to a multi-state, multidisciplinary care team from the comfort of your own home.
- Conduct nutritional screenings and comprehensive assessments via telehealth.
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on each client’s health history, needs, and goals.
- Provide individual and group nutrition education, counseling, and support.
- Collaborate with program staff, therapists, and medical providers to ensure cohesive client care.
- Monitor progress and adjust nutrition interventions as needed.
- Support dining services teams with menu planning, dietary modifications, and audits.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Stay current with evolving best practices and licensure requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dietitian credential.
- Licensed (or eligible) in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina — must reside in one of these states.
- Experience working with eating disorder populations required; behavioral health experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients virtually.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
