Role Description

Grüns is looking for a Recruiter to help us hire exceptional talent as we continue to scale. This role reports directly to the Sr. Recruiter and partners closely with hiring managers across the business to build high-performing, high-density teams. We move fast and hold an uncompromising hiring bar. Our goal is to hire the best in the industry for every role, building the talent density required to protect and scale our culture.

This role will serve as a key ambassador for Grüns in the talent market. You will be one of the primary faces of the brand to candidates, bringing genuine enthusiasm, clarity, and conviction about who we are and where we’re going.

This role is part of our remote HQ!

In this role, you will:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for designated roles across multiple functions, from intake through offer acceptance
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to define what “best-in-industry” looks like and calibrate on level, competencies, and success metrics
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to proactively engage high-caliber talent
  • Represent Grüns in the market with authenticity and excitement, clearly articulating our mission, culture, and growth trajectory
  • Drive urgency across every search while protecting quality and alignment
  • Maintain a high-touch, high-transparency candidate experience from first outreach through close
  • Track pipeline health, hiring metrics, and time-to-fill, using data to inform prioritization and process improvements
  • Maintain Greenhouse with exceptional data integrity and process rigor
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Support onboarding and cross-functional People initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in ecommerce or high-growth environments
  • Has a strong track record of identifying and closing best-in-class talent
  • Demonstrates exceptional judgment in assessing talent and protecting the hiring bar
  • Is genuinely excited about Grüns’ mission and energized by being an ambassador for the brand
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with candidates and stakeholders
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly

Compensation & Benefits

At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package — grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between $100,000 - $115,000 depending on experience. Beyond base salary, we offer competitive equity packages and a comprehensive set of benefits designed to support the well-being, growth, and balance of our team.
