Job Description

• Lead end-to-end O&M and modernization efforts across enterprise federal systems. • Oversee operational processes, SLAs, incident management, and continuous improvement. • Plan and manage DM&E activities, ensuring smooth deployment of enhancements and modernization increments. • Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, database, and cloud teams. • Establish performance monitoring, risk management, and operational governance. • Ensure adherence to federal security and compliance standards. • Support program leadership with reporting, technical direction, and stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in O&M, modernization, or enterprise IT management.
3+ years supporting federal IT environments of similar size and complexity.
Proven success managing large-scale, mission-critical federal IT operations.
Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, and cloud operations.
Experience leading modernization while ensuring operational continuity.
Relevant certifications preferred: ITIL, AWS, Agile/Scrum.
