Role Description

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a deeply technical platform subject matter expert supporting enterprise sales for Judi, our cloud-native, unified health benefit management and claims adjudication platform.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to support prospective client engagements
  • Lead technical discovery and conduct platform demonstrations
  • Validate whether prospective client requirements can be supported within the Judi architecture
  • Translate complex benefit administration requirements into platform-aligned solution designs

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Implementation, Product Consulting, or Technical Account Management in healthcare technology
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise clients in benefit administration, health plan operations, or claims adjudication environments
  • Working knowledge of medical and/or pharmacy claims workflows, including benefit design constructs, accumulators, coordination of benefits (COB), and utilization management processes
  • Ability to translate operational requirements into technically feasible system configurations
  • Experience in enterprise software sales cycles as a technical lead or product SME
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex platform capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High degree of organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple concurrent prospect engagements
  • Familiarity with health plan or TPA operational models preferred

Requirements

  • Serve as a technical SME in early-stage prospect engagements
  • Join discovery calls to assess platform fit and clarify complex operational or adjudication-related requirements
  • Lead technical product demonstrations tailored to prospective client use cases across medical and pharmacy benefit administration
  • Translate prospective client business requirements into technically feasible platform configurations
  • Ask targeted discovery questions to identify potential implementation constraints or non-standard client requirements early in the sales process
  • Conduct internal solutioning and requirements analysis throughout the prospect lifecycle to support qualification, technical scoping, and pricing
  • Partner with Sales to support RFP responses, technical questionnaires, and solution design documentation
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to clarify platform behavior in complex or ambiguous solutioning scenarios
  • Maintain deep familiarity with Judi platform architecture, configuration logic, and adjudication workflows
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance

  • Salary Range: $125,000 — $150,000 USD
