Summary:  

The Senior Manager, Content Marketing leads the development and execution of integrated content strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and conversion across all owned, earned, and paid channels. This role balances high-level strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ensuring consistent brand storytelling, strong performance metrics, and scalable processes across the 4over family of brands. The Senior Manager, Content Marketing will serve as the central driver of content alignment across campaigns, product launches, promotions, events, and brand initiatives, while mentoring contributors and establishing best practices that elevate content quality and impact.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or similar. This is remote position.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Leadership 

• Own and evolve the overarching content marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives, brand positioning, and customer needs. 

• Translate business goals into clear, actionable content plans and creative briefs. 

• Lead content planning across the full marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention). 

• Act as a subject-matter leader for content marketing best practices across the organization. 

Campaigns, Channels & Execution 

• Lead integrated content campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, events, and brand initiatives across digital, print, email, social, and web. 

• Oversee the creation of high-impact content including web copy, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, press releases, digital ads, video scripts, social content, and sales/marketing collateral. 

• Partner with designers, digital marketers, and channel owners to ensure content is optimized for performance and audience engagement. 

• Guide SEO-driven content development and ensure best practices are embedded across web and editorial content. 

Editorial Planning & Governance 

• Develop and manage a comprehensive editorial and communications calendar across brands and channels. 

• Establish content workflows, standards, and review processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment. 

• Ensure consistent application of brand voice, messaging frameworks, and visual identity across all content. 

Email & Lifecycle Marketing 

• Lead content strategy for email marketing programs, including promotional, lifecycle, and retention campaigns. 

• Oversee list strategy, segmentation, and content optimization to drive engagement and conversions. 

Website & Digital Content 

• Oversee ongoing website content updates and optimization. 

• Lead annual website content audits, making strategic recommendations to improve UX, SEO, and conversion performance 

Measurement & Optimization 

• Define success metrics for content initiatives and regularly report on performance, insights, and opportunities. 

• Use data to refine messaging, formats, channels, and campaign approaches over time. 

Cross-Brand & Internal Collaboration 

• Support content and communications needs across the full family of brands as required. 

• Partner with internal teams on internal communications initiatives, brand rollouts, and special events. 

• Lead the creation and ongoing management of a centralized SharePoint hub for marketing and creative assets accessible to employees. 

Market Intelligence & Professional Development 

• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform content strategy. 

• Maintain expertise through industry research, networking, events, and professional development. 

Additional: 

• Up to 20% travel may be required. 

• Attend all department/company meetings. 

• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES: 
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field. 

• 7+ years of progressive experience in content marketing, communications, or integrated marketing, with demonstrated leadership responsibility. 

• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences. 

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-Motivation & Accountability: Ability to stay focused on tasks, meet deadlines, and produce high quality work with minimal supervision. Holding oneself accountable for managing workloads, handling responsibilities, and maintaining professional standards. 

• Critical Thinking & Decision Making: Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on creative execution. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. 

• Technology Proficiency: Deep experience with digital, content, and lifecycle marketing, including SEO best practices. Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Microsoft Office, Sprout Social; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms is a plus. 

• Communication Skills: Ability to read and understand corporate policies, job-related documents, and written/verbal instructions in English to ensure effective and compliant job performance.  

• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines consistently without direct supervision. 

• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

• Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborative leader who can influence cross-functional teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
