Role Description
This role offers a strong opportunity to drive efficiency and automation across recurring financial and operational reporting processes. The position will focus on developing, enhancing, and maintaining Excel-based models and tools that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and enable scalable reporting solutions. Over time, the role will partner closely with FP&A, R&D, and reporting teams to standardize outputs and support broader automation initiatives.
- Develop and enhance Excel-based models to automate recurring monthly and quarterly reports.
- Identify manual, repetitive processes within existing reporting workflows and design automation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.

Support the automation and standardization of:
- Monthly business review (MBR) files
- Key performance and metrics trackers
- Management and operating review (MOR) presentation materials
- R&D actuals and financial reporting
- Improve data consolidation processes, including forecast updates, actuals integration, and variance tracking.
- Partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs meet business needs and follow best-in-class formats.
- Maintain and document Excel models to ensure usability, scalability, and ease of future updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to reporting structure, level of detail, and automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business management.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data modeling, and automation techniques.
- Experience building and maintaining complex Excel models used for recurring reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient reporting solutions.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
