Job Description
Kettle & Fire is looking for a high-ownership, relationship-driven operator to help scale and strengthen our influencer and brand community ecosystem.
This is not a transactional outreach role. It’s a high-volume, high-impact position responsible for expanding our creator network, executing campaigns with precision, and building long-term brand loyalty through thoughtful creator and community relationships.
As Influencer + Community Coordinator, you’ll lead and support seeding, micro-creator campaigns, ambassador programs, and product launches across cooking broth, tallow, and co-branded initiatives while also owning proactive brand community engagement across DMs, comments, and brand tags.
This role will begin as a contract position with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance, ownership, and demonstrated impact.

What You'll Own:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Scale Influencer & Ambassador Community: Lead prospecting, outreach, and tiering of creators to activate 250+ qualified creators monthly across seeding and micro-campaigns. Increase earned and ambassador content volume month-over-month while identifying and elevating 3–5 breakout creators per month.
- Deepen Creator & Community Relationships: Develop structured relationship plans for high-priority influencers (including those not currently paid) through thoughtful sampling, seasonal gifting, and surprise & delight initiatives. Improve seeding-to-content conversion rate to 50%+ and increase repeat creator rate to 25%+.
- Own brand community engagement across priority platforms by:
- Managing DMs and comment responses within a 24–48 hour window
- Monitoring and engaging with brand tags and mentions daily
- Participating in larger relevant conversations outside the brand page
- Identifying high-potential creators and ambassadors from community interactions
- Elevating strong UGC and customer insights to the team
- Manage Inbound Creator Flow: Create and maintain an organized inbound workflow. Evaluate creator fit, segment into tiers (sample, ambassador, future paid), respond within one week, and ensure high-potential creators never fall through the cracks.
- Execute Influencer Campaigns: Support and execute cooking broth, tallow, and co-branded campaigns from brief to recap. Manage timelines, deliverables, usage rights, FTC compliance, and creator communication. Deliver campaign recaps within 7 days of completion.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Maintain clean tracking systems across creator relationships, usage rights, performance reporting, and community workflows. Propose at least one system improvement per quarter to increase efficiency, creator experience, or community management.
- Support Co-Branded Partnerships: Assist in outreach to aligned brands, join vetting calls, and provide POV on collaboration opportunities. Independently execute smaller co-branded influencer activations.
- Lead with Insight: Analyze creator performance, engagement rates, conversion signals, and community sentiment. Translate insights into clear recommendations for optimization and future investment.

- Seeding engine consistently activating 250+ creators monthly
- 50%+ seeding-to-content conversion
- Repeat creator rate trending toward 25%+

- High-potential creators identified directly from community interactions

Job Requirements
- Qualifications and Competencies for Success:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, community management, or similar field (CPG or food & beverage preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage high creator volume while maintaining personalized communication
- Experience managing brand DMs, comment engagement, and community workflows
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging creator trends
- Experience tracking deliverables, usage rights, and compliance
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Data-driven mindset - comfortable analyzing engagement rates and identifying breakout creators
- Strong written communication skills and confident, professional outreach
- Commercially minded - understands how influencer and community engagement support retail velocity and product launches
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with bias toward action
- Additional Skills We're Looking For (Not Required, But a Big Plus):
- Experience with ambassador programs or micro-influencer scaling
- Familiarity with influencer platforms (Aspire, Archive, Canva, etc.)
- Experience monitoring and engaging in broader cultural or brand-adjacent conversations
- Passion for health, wellness, real food, and performance culture
