Job Description
Role Description
The Vice President of Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for developing and driving enterprise-wide strategies that advance employee skills, leadership development, workforce learning, and change readiness and overall organizational performance and culture.
- Lead enterprise organizational effectiveness strategies, including structure, process optimization, and performance improvement; drive change management to enable transformation and innovation
- Develop and execute integrated learning and leadership development strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture, champion a culture of continuous learning and feedback
- Oversee strategic design and delivery of leadership programs across all levels, leveraging blended learning, coaching, and peer development; establish an executive coaching practice with clear standards, metrics, and funding model
- Define and track KPIs to measure impact and ROI of learning and leadership initiatives; use data and analytics to assess organizational health and inform improvements
- Partner with HR, DEI, and senior leaders to ensure inclusive, equitable development programs and robust talent pipelines that support leadership continuity and internal mobility
- Partner with executive leaders to lead the design and alignment of performance competencies to development strategies and business priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on organizational dynamics, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness; stay ahead of talent trends and benchmark against best practices to maintain competitive advantage
- Lead, develop and manage a diverse team of leaders; provide mentorship, coaching and development opportunities to support the attraction, development, engagement and retention of key talent
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 15 years of work experience in organizational development, talent management, or human resources
- 10 years of leadership/people management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

- Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels
- Expertise in coaching, presentation, and facilitation at executive and senior levels
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated strong leadership, including mentoring, development, and proactive direction
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating and building learning solutions utilizing various assessment tools, learning systems and AI technologies
