Role Description

This position offers experienced RNs the unique opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your home, providing essential support to injured employees navigating the Workers' Compensation process.

• Connect with patients and leverage your case management skills
• Make a significant impact on their recovery journey
• Assess medical needs and coordinate care through comprehensive plans
• Participate in facilitating patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient interactions and monitor treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation regulations

Qualifications

• Strong clinical nursing skills, particularly in Case Management and Occupational Health settings
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with evidence-based guidelines and ODG standards
• Effective communication skills
• Organizational skills for managing multiple cases and maintaining accurate documentation
• A commitment to teamwork
• Adaptability and a forward-thinking mindset
