Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist Recruiter to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This role offers a true 50/50 commission split on all permanent placements. You’ll work remotely, manage your own desk, and recruit Physical Therapists for outpatient settings across the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience recruiting Physical Therapists
  • Proven success in outpatient or rehab therapy recruitment

  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet placement goals
  • Access to recruiting tools and a professional home-office setup
