Role Description

This position is fully remote. The candidate for this position will be responsible for developing and programming media for use in interactive eLearning training products.

• Interact with team members, customers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop interactive Web-Based Training (WBT) and Computer-Based Training (CBT) products for government and commercial clients.
• Create top quality graphic designs and illustrations.
• Develop animations, interactive exercises, and other media for training courses.
• Perform advanced programming tasks for the development of course navigation and interactivity.
• Deploy courses within Learning Management Systems.
• Remain current with eLearning industry tools and technology.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.
• Work/lead in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic/Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or similar from an accredited college or university.
• 0-3 years of related experience is required. A combination of education and work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform programming tasks using JavaScript, XML and/or JSON, and HTML/HTML5.
• Demonstrated experience creating interactive multimedia content including animation and interactive exercises.
• Strong graphic design and illustration skills using Photoshop and vector-based graphics program(s).
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively in a team environment and lead small groups of digital artists.
• A portfolio is required (an online portfolio is preferred).
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance at Secret level or higher.
