• Act as the interpreter between business stakeholders and technical teams • Work closely with all parts of the delivery team • Engage directly with customers • Elicit, understand, and document requirements and acceptance criteria • Translate client needs into well‑defined backlog items • Ensure user stories meet the Definition of Ready with complete acceptance criteria • Facilitate communication and collaboration across the agile delivery team • Create, organize, link, and prioritize the product backlog • Support Product Owners with product vision, roadmap development, and strategic planning • Drive and support planning activities such as sprint planning, refinement, and release planning • Manage scope, expectations, dependencies, and commitments throughout delivery • Participate in and support high‑level acceptance test activities
