Job Description
• Play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Deliver a high-quality technical solution in the ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application
• Implement NowAssist and Virtual Agent components to support a Help Desk servicing internal and external agency customers
• Create a seamless, user-friendly portal experience supporting workflows and automated processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and ServiceNow best practices
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities specifically regarding service portals, widgets, and pages
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent and how these capabilities typically are used with service portals
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or AngularJS
- Integration knowledge connecting service portals to external systems and data sources using REST APIs
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
