Job Description
• Support a functional work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations
• Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
• Configure and test the Workday system
• Understand and apply Workday methodologies
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration
• Support innovation through creation of new industry leading methods
Job Requirements
- Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification
- 2+ years of Workday Implementation experience
- 3+ years of consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
