Role Description
This student internship is being offered as a part of EO's Ignite Internships program and is for high school students only.
This internship is offered in partnership with the Lee County Public Schools and is open to LCPS students only. Students will be employed by LCPS and all hiring decisions will be made by LCPS personnel. LCPS has provided the following job description for this internship:
- Repairs or replaces parts, such as pistons, rods, gears, valves, and bearings
- Overhauls or replaces carburetors, blowers, generators, distributors, starters, and alternators
- Realigns and adjusts brakes, aligns front end, repairs or replaces shock absorbers, and solders minor leaks in radiator
- Replaces and adjusts headlights, and installs and repairs accessories, such as heaters, mirrors, and windshield wipers
