Job Description
Role Description
The Vice President for Clinical Staffing and Human Performance will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operations and P&L of PSI’s existing clinical staffing portfolio within MQS, MQS2-NG, DHS and VA ICSP. Each clinical staffing project manager will report to the Vice President.
- Growth of clinical staffing portfolio within MQS2-NG, VA ICSP, DHS and outside these contracts.
- Overseeing the operations and P&L of PSI’s existing human performance portfolio within H2F and SMIP contracts. Each human performance project manager will report to the Vice President.
- Growth of human performance portfolio beyond H2F and SMIP.
- Participating in business development efforts for PSI to include Rural Health Transformation Program opportunities.
