Job Description

• Develop and close new and renewal business opportunities within assigned territory • Grow territory revenue by effectively managing assigned accounts • Continuously feed a sales pipeline/funnel of potential customers • Identify target customers for new sales and engage in cross-selling and upselling • Ensure customer retention and contract renewal efforts • Participate in sales forecasting and coordinate strategy with field partners • Manage account and contact information through the entire sales lifecycle process using Salesforce.com • Remain knowledgeable of Explorelearning|Learning A-Z products and industry trends

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years sales or customer service experience
  • Self-assurance and motivation
  • Organization skills and attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • An obsession with customer service and quality
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work with others in a team to achieve common priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher preferred
  • Experience or background in education with focus on math, science, or literacy
  • Knowledge of on-line curriculum products and services
  • Knowledge of math, science, and Literacy curriculum
  • Understanding of the K-12 market
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Comfort with utilizing technology as primary work tool
