- Führung eines kleinen wachsenden Planungsteams
- Strukturierung von Arbeitsabläufen
- Förderung der Weiterentwicklung deiner Kollegen
- Enge Abstimmung mit Schwesterfirmen, Bauherren, Fachplanern und Behörden
- Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards
- Entwicklung und Einarbeitung von Planungsstandards
- Modellgestützte Projektplanung mit BIM
- Erstellung, Koordination und Optimierung von Fachmodellen
- BIM-basierte Kollisionsprüfung und gewerkeübergreifende Koordination
Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung von Projekten, idealerweise im Industriebau
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Teamleitung
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Programmen, wünschenswert in ArchiCAD
- Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen
