Role Description
This role supervises and leads the day-to-day activities of 10+ cash posting staff, both onsite and telecommuters.
- Hires, trains, schedules, and monitors staff including the performance evaluation process.
- Maintains a work environment that stimulates and motivates the growth of subordinates.
- Interacts with internal and external resources at multiple levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years business office or related experience preferred
Requirements
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Intermediate understanding of business service functions including billing, collections, insurance, and appeals
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn within a short period of time
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Healthcare terminology knowledge
- Customer Service skills
- Data Entry and 10-key by touch
