Role Description

Reframing hardware as an access model requires thoughtful design. Fragile is bringing customers the freedom to bring products into their lives, live with them on their own terms, and evolve their access as their needs change. This is an opportunity to shape how tens of thousands of Americans first encounter and understand a new category.

You’ll own the surfaces that drive acquisition, including:

  • E-commerce product pages
  • Landing pages
  • Pricing communication
  • Paid creative
  • Lifecycle assets
  • Launch materials

Your work will translate strategy and unit economics into pages that are clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused.

You’ll work quickly and deliver consistently. You should be comfortable producing variations, responding to direct feedback, and refining based on results. You’ll collaborate closely with our finance and GTM teams, as well as external partners, and will be expected to turn business constraints into effective execution under tight timelines.

Figma proficiency is the only technical requirement. We encourage the use of AI tools aggressively for rapid iteration and exploration.

Full-time and in person at our Mission SF headquarters is preferred, but we’re open to remote and part time roles for this position.
