Role Description
This role involves building and scaling marketing strategies for a profit maximization platform focused on high-ticket sales.
- Translate product into compelling messaging for sophisticated operators.
- Develop full-funnel marketing systems including ads, landing pages, VSLs, email, and retargeting.
- Track and monitor performance metrics to understand and improve KPIs.
- Build partnerships and distribution channels such as affiliate programs and co-marketing initiatives.
- Drive self-serve growth through trial conversion, onboarding, and activation strategies.
- Build and manage the marketing function, including hiring and creating scalable systems.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of generating $20M+ in revenue across your marketing career.
- Experience building marketing for at least 3 of the following business models: Ecommerce, Agency, Phone Sales / High-Ticket, SaaS.
- Hands-on experience writing copy for VSLs, ads, email sequences, and sales scripts.
- Experience hiring, building, and managing marketing teams.
- Documented playbooks and repeatable systems for marketing processes.
Requirements
- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Focus on building systems rather than relying on individual heroics.
- Proficiency in using AI for content, research, and automation.
- Autonomous work style with minimal need for daily check-ins.
- Strong focus on revenue metrics over brand awareness.
