Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team on a short-term contract (tentatively March–June, 3–4 months). This is a full-time (40 hours/week), W2 contract opportunity supporting high-impact marketing initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Develop and refine a process to identify prospective school partners and add them to our CRM
  • Own and execute the email marketing strategy to school contacts to uncover open staffing needs
  • Write and optimize email content that resonates with school decision-makers
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics to evaluate performance and inform improvements
  • Occasionally run targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms
  • Support our employer branding efforts, including managing our social media presence
  • Help manage the monthly B2C marketing budget to promote job openings to educators
  • Report on B2C campaign performance and assist in strategy development
  • Collaborate closely with our Education team to align on outreach goals and opportunities
  • Work with senior executives to establish KPIs, budgets and targets

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in a growth-stage or fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics, with a strong analytical mindset and comfort in reporting results
  • Proven experience with email marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools (Knowledge of Bullhorn ATS a huge plus)
  • Experience with AI tools to boost productivity
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and digital ad platforms (LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills—you know how to craft compelling messages
  • A self-starter who can manage their own workload and thrive with minimal supervision
  • A positive, winning attitude and a collaborative spirit
  • Familiarity with the K-12 school systems is a huge plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
