Job Description
Position Summary:
The Manager, Corporate Communications will be tasked with working closely with the organization’s Collaborator Experience (human resources) function in developing and creating communications directed to internal audiences. The incumbent also will work with senior leadership to develop appropriate tone, voice, and strategize presentation for internal communications.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as CCXO, CTO, CIO, CFO, CGO, and other members of the Executive Council.
- Support Functional Leaders as requested.
- Align internal communications to the organization’s communication strategy and plan.
- Ensure the organization and its brands are positioned correctly and in sync with PR messaging, marketing materials, other internal communications, etc.
- Create an internal style guide and templates for communications such as promotions, new hires, changes to the Board of Managers, etc.
- Manage future corporate communications collaborators as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related subject (public relations, corporate communications, mass communications, journalism).
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Seven to 10 years of experience in Enterprise corporate external and/or internal communications.
- Provable high-level writing skills (portfolio will be requested).
Budgeted Hiring Range
$95,000 - $106,000 USD
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
