Job Description
• Track statistics and metrics, including logins, usage (internal and external user adoption/analytics), tools, and resources
• Understand the business to interpret data and feedback for creating action plans
• Develop business cases to help prioritize projects
• Focus on continuous improvement by analyzing data and identifying issues
• Investigate and manage analytics issues with LTS
• Collaborate with analytics teams to develop tools, reports, and dashboards
• Generate ad hoc reports and provide data analysis as needed
• Supply resources, analytics, and data while gathering requirements to support process improvement
• Automate data analysis and/or gathering processes
• Review survey results to determine necessary actions and changes
• Create a feedback loop to share data with other teams
• Proactively distribute reports and analysis to divisions and regions
• Work with the team to provide analytics that highlight the value of enhancements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field preferred; High School diploma or GED required
- Basic understanding of project management processes and methodologies
- 1-3 years of relevant business experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience with Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
