Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in environmental and/or engineering risk management within the commercial real estate or financial services industry
- Demonstrated experience conducting and reviewing environmental site assessments (Phase I & II ESAs) and property condition assessments (PCAs)
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and their application to commercial real estate
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical reports
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
