Role Description
The Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Operations Co-op/Intern role will contribute to the success of Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Population Health (SPPH) by effectively supporting strategic initiatives related to supporting implementation of specific partnership engagements.

Partnership engagement with select partners
- Support Execution of specific project/engagement with select strategic partners (Eg. UIDP/Duke/UNC or Data partnerships)

Communication Strategy Development – shadow, and input:
- Work alongside campaign mindset Project lead, to Support the design of a comprehensive amplification plan for SPPH that aligns with organizational goals and priorities.
- Support Execution of specific tactics to elevate awareness of SPPH’s contributions internally and externally.

Content Creation, Internal and External Amplification:
- Develop and publish engaging articles for the company homepage, newsletters, and other internal platforms to showcase SPPH’s business impact.
- Produce high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences, including employees, collaborators, and external partners.
- Execute on external amplification tactics identified in strategy – ex: LinkedIn, or other channels.

Metrics and Impact Measurement:
- Support the definition and tracking of impact metrics to measure the effectiveness of amplification efforts.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about developing partnerships and strategic communications
- Experience in storytelling or marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the pharma and healthcare sector is a plus
- Science, Communications and Business majors are preferred (preferred colleges: schools that allow co-ops, Drexel University, Northeastern University)
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus

- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
- Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
