Role Description
The LX Product Manager will drive force in crafting and scaling an innovative suite of learning programs that bridge market needs and business ambitions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the academy product portfolio, from research and strategy to launch and continuous improvement, fueling measurable impact for both learners and clients.
- Build and manage a portfolio of programs that align with market demand.
- Support the sales team by analyzing client requests and helping with course customization to ensure high ROI.
- Monitor course quality (NPS, CSAT) and student feedback to prioritize refactoring and improvements.
- Collaborate with Student Success and Sales to ensure smooth product launches and high client satisfaction.
Key Metrics
- Course and client satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
- % of upsell revenue.
- Ratio of client requests served by existing portfolio.
- Customization ROI and reuse rates.
- Product unit economics.
- Launch fulfillment SLAs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, ideally in education or EdTech.
- Strong background in market research, analytics, and business strategy.
- Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage budgets and product economics (costs, ROI, unit economics).
- Skilled in measuring product quality, learner outcomes, and client satisfaction.
- Experience launching and scaling digital products and managing product lifecycles.
