Role Description

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to lead enterprise-wide programs focused on financial crimes prevention and operational performance management. The Strategic Lead will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding program design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting across a complex, regulated environment.

  • Lead the development, deployment, and monitoring of enterprise programs for financial crimes performance management, acting as the program owner and subject matter expert
  • Serve as an advisor to senior management and business segment leaders, providing guidance on complex operational, regulatory, and risk-related challenges
  • Define program success criteria, establish governance frameworks, and ensure alignment across multiple stakeholders and business domains
  • Anticipate emerging business trends and regulatory issues, recommending innovative operational or technical solutions
  • Oversee program integrity, quality assurance, and alignment with enterprise standards, managing budgets and resource allocation as needed
  • Facilitate change management, including training, communications, and integration of program outcomes into business-as-usual operations
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support actionable program direction, prioritization, and decision-making

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services, program management, or operational performance management
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise programs, including strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, for executive and operational audiences
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and enterprise governance processes
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of guiding teams and influencing organizational change
