Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation through completion in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Facilitate virtual meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of project management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Requirements
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification
- Experience managing cross-functional remote teams
- Budget management and financial tracking experience
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
