This position supports travelers throughout the booking process and provides ongoing customer service before, during, and after travel.

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Research and coordinate travel arrangements including air, hotel, transportation, cruises, and packaged travel.
• Process booking changes, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
• Provide up-to-date information on travel documentation and destination requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and itineraries.
• Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner.
