• Leads the design, engineering, and ongoing evolution of the Data Warehouse; ensures consistent, accurate, and timely data flow across systems, analytics platforms, and reporting layers. • Collaborates with other appropriate teams to ensure data structures effectively support both operational and research objectives. • Provides architectural guidance and recommends future-state data warehouse and reporting platforms to support long-term needs and reliability based on best practice. • Defines and maintains standards for reporting and key organizational metrics that meet the needs of both internal and external partners. • Ensures the dataflow and reporting logic is maintained and accessible. • Ensures business rules and metrics are consistent across all departments to ensure trusted, authoritative data outputs. • Provides mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance to staff. • Identifies needs for improvement and collaborates with others to design and implement those solutions. • Ensures data systems work well together, are reliable, and the results are accurate. • Validates Data Warehouse jobs, data flows, and reporting outputs are complete and correct. • Contributes to stabilization and re-enablement efforts following data or reporting incidents.
