• Use technical knowledge and sales skills to provide advice and support on products • Work closely with sales and engineering • Assist colleagues with bids and tenders for new clients • Work on proof of concept deployments and answer questions • Persuade clients that a product satisfies their needs • Calculate client quotations • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education • Work on after-sales support services • Provide technical backup as required • Arrange and carry out product training support POC and Pilots at customers • Support sales and marketing activities at trade shows and conferences • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs • Liaise with sales team and other technical experts • Help design custom-made products • Provide training and produce support material for the sales team
