Job Description
• Lead and expand their presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Develop and maintain structured content calendars aligned with brand objectives and revenue goals
• Design platform-specific growth strategies tailored to luxury positioning
• Monitor emerging social and industry trends to keep the brand ahead of competitors
• Manage daily community engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interaction
• Partner with graphic designers and video editors to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content
• Build SOPs and documentation to ensure scalable and consistent execution
• Track performance metrics, interpret analytics, and refine strategy based on data insights
• Drive both organic growth initiatives and campaign-based performance improvements
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing social media for ecommerce, lifestyle, or luxury-focused brands
- Strong understanding of platform-native strategies, particularly for premium brands
- Demonstrated success growing accounts organically and through strategic campaigns
- Ability to operate independently with strong judgment and full accountability for outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows and content production
- Nice to Have: Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Zapier, or similar workflow tools
- Previous collaboration with design and video production teams
