Role Description
EZ FILE NOW is expanding its licensed professional division and seeking Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and Enrolled Agents (EA) to support our growing national client base for the 2026 tax season. This opportunity is structured for licensed professionals who are interested in operating within a performance-based, client-driven environment rather than a traditional hourly employment model.
- Review and prepare complex individual and business tax returns
- Provide tax strategy and advisory support when applicable
- Ensure compliance with IRS and state regulations
- Maintain documentation standards and due diligence compliance
- Manage client communication professionally
- Collaborate with internal preparer teams when needed
Qualifications
- Active CPA license or Active Enrolled Agent (EA) credential
- Active PTIN
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional liability insurance preferred
- Experience with client acquisition or client relationship management preferred
Requirements
- Prefer a revenue-share structure over hourly compensation
- Are comfortable generating or managing their own client relationships
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Value flexibility and scalability
- Are interested in long-term professional growth
