Role Description
This role offers the chance to drive impactful growth for a leading mobile app in the food and restaurant space. The Associate Performance Marketing Manager will manage both paid and organic marketing initiatives to increase app downloads, engagement, and overall brand visibility.
- Execute and optimize campaigns across social, search, app store, and display channels
- Track performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Combine hands-on campaign management with analytical insights
- Coordinate cross-channel efforts and collaborate with editorial and creative teams
- Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to user acquisition and retention strategies
Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns, including budget pacing, bid optimization, creative testing, audience segmentation, and adherence to platform best practices
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools to uncover insights and drive data-based decisions
- Track, analyze, and report on organic and paid marketing performance, providing actionable recommendations for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate editorial content and brand storytelling into campaigns
- Support strategy development for channel expansion and identify new growth opportunities
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing technologies to inform innovative campaigns
- Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders regularly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with campaign management, creative strategy, and data analysis
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta; experience with Apple App Store and other platforms a plus
- Strong proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Apple App Store
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Strong visual and creative sensibility for image and video content, with performance-focused copywriting experience
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and support team growth
- Passion for food culture and familiarity with restaurant industry trends is highly valued
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
