• Own the end-to-end product design process—from research and concepting to prototyping and final UI • Translate complex product requirements into simple, elegant, and highly engaging experiences • Build interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align on strategy and deliver high-quality experiences at speed • Conduct and synthesize user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to inform design decisions • Champion a user-centered design approach while balancing business goals • Contribute to product vision and strategy, bringing fresh perspectives on community engagement
