Job Description
• Ensure successful implementation of SAP Business One for clients
• Identify statements of work including customizations, training, and process design
• Perform system testing and issue resolution support
• Develop User Acceptance Testing scripts and provide project status updates
• Conduct training for customers on-site and remotely
Job Requirements
- Prior experience with SAP Business One software
- Knowledge of project tracking software
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience in system testing
- Ability to conduct customer training ( onsite and remotely)
- Familiarity with various SAP Business One modules (e.g., Advanced Financials, Advanced Inventory)
