Job Description
• Develop and execute the overall strategy for influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and strategic partnerships aligned with company growth objectives
• Set clear KPIs and performance targets, and regularly report on channel performance to executive leadership
• Build and scale a best-in-class influencer marketing program spanning nano, micro, and macro influencers
• Oversee and optimize the affiliate program across content publishers, creators and emerging channels/partners
• Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic creator and celebrity partnerships that expand brand reach and drive incremental revenue
• Collaborate with content team to maintain brand consistency across all partner touchpoints

- Position Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and strategic partnerships aligned with company growth objectives
- Set clear KPIs and performance targets, and regularly report on channel performance to executive leadership
- Build and scale a best-in-class influencer marketing program spanning nano, micro, and macro influencers
- Oversee and optimize the affiliate program across content publishers, creators and emerging channels/partners
- Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic creator and celebrity partnerships that expand brand reach and drive incremental revenue
- Collaborate with content team to maintain brand consistency across all partner touchpoints
- Basic Qualifications:**
- 8-12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or related growth marketing roles
- Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, affiliate ecosystem, and partnership models across industries
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs at a D2C brand, ideally through hypergrowth phases
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategy and optimize performance
- 4+ years in a leadership role managing teams and budgets

- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with understanding of unit economics and growth metrics
- Data-driven decision maker comfortable with analytics platforms and performance marketing tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence at all levels of the organization

- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
