Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience
- Experienced in client implementations/conversions
- Possesses strong ability to understand and communicate issues
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Outstanding team leadership and cross-functional team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
- Strong organizational/conflict resolution skills with a polished and professional presence
- Strong working knowledge of MS Project or similar Project Management tools (Smartsheet preferred)
- Experience working with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid teams as a Project Manager and a strong understanding of the Agile development process
- Ability to analyze and document business and technical processes and workflows
- Prior experience of working with offshore and onshore teams

This role serves as the lead commercial contact, fostering long-term customer relationships while managing the Digital Integration Solutions portion of awarded projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager provides leadership, field service systems integration engineering, and technical consultation for power management systems, including design, programming, installation, and modification.
The Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and specification requirements. This role involves partnering closely with engineering teams across various tech stacks and serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
The Project Manager will support the Pipeline Integrity Maintenance team by organizing and planning operations, coordinating personnel and processes to achieve desired construction results for the client. Key duties include assisting with project completion on time and to specification, managing logistics, auditing reports, and assisting with invoicing and proposal breakouts.
The manager will support the efficient delivery of the North America Data Center Portfolio through data organization, scalable process implementation, and professional tool usage, leading collaboration to identify improvements and execute changes. Key functions include supporting project budgets and schedules, identifying risks, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders.
